WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional fitness. It is performing a constant variety of functional exercises and workouts, using a variety of fitness equipment and apparatus, in a high intensity environment.
IS THERE A LIGHTER VERSION OF CROSSFIT?
Yes. We offer CrossFit Lite for beginners and those just learning CrossFit. CrossFit Lite is a movement and technique focuses class that has more emphasis on learning and mastering new movements than regular CrossFit and won’t include any of the higher skilled exercises in the workout component.
I'M NERVOUS ABOUT STARTING, WHAT CAN I DO TO FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE?
Being nervous is normal. It’s always challenging for most people to start something new, especially when that new thing is fitness related. Most people who come to us for help are not very happy with their current state of fitness and often feel embarrassed, ashamed, and intimidated. If that’s you, you’ve come to the right place. Our members and clients are ordinary people who have been in your situation and are working every day toward personal improvement. As such, we have a very welcoming, supportive and encouraging community of members and trainers.
I'VE NEVER DONE CROSSFIT BEFORE, IS THAT OKAY?
Of course! Providing high quality education and coaching is a top priority for us. Regardless of where you’re currently at we can help you develop the necessary skills and conditioning to safely and effectively participate in CrossFit workouts.
